Data Analyst, People Experience Team (London)

How do you fit in to this equation? WERKIN needs a data analyst to join our People Experience Team. We need someone who is excited about turning numbers and figures into actionable recommendations - pulling out the “so what?” from our product data. Where some see a pile of data, you see a majestic trove of information to explore and create a better product.

Still with us? OK. This is an early-career position, so we aren’t as interested in a long CV so much as some data analysis experience (preferably SQL), and an interest in the human side of technology.


You'll be working on a range of projects from analysing programme data to suggesting new growth experiments. This is a new role for us, so you'll be able to make it your own. 

You’ll work closely with our People Experience Leads to shape our product, a mentorship platform.


You like zoning out in spreadsheets and are an Excel whiz.
You’re proactive and love working autonomously.
You're comfortable working with tight deadlines and get things done quickly and efficiently. 
You’re technically savvy and know your way around desktop and mobile apps. 
You care about your work and constantly raise the bar. 
You believe deeply in improving diversity and inclusion.


You’ll be working alongside passionate people who truly care about what we’re building and how it can change the world.

We set quarterly goals which means you’ll always know what you’re doing tomorrow is going to help grow the company over the next few months.
