Hayley Sudbury is founder and CEO of WERKIN. Having built a career in financial services, Hayley was conflicted about the opportunities and satisfaction that industry gave her, while also seeing a lack of role models that looked like her, a gay woman, at the top. Hayley founded WERKIN to democratise access to mentorship at global organisations with tech-enabled sponsorship, supporting the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, women, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups.
