We are looking for a programme lead for our People Experience team. Lead the way in engaging a community of mentors and mentees; optimising their experience with our technology; organising live and virtual networking events; and soliciting and integrating product feedback.
Roles and Responsibilities
Designing and executing a customer outreach plan
Managing live program events (AMAs, Mentoring Circles, meet-ups, etc.)
Mobilising users and managing storytelling
Liaising with users and clients; achieving retention and conversion targets
