Modern training for teams

Training outline

Series: Learn and practice cultural agility

When we operate with culturally limited perspectives, the result is missed opportunities, poor performance, frail relationships and weak teams.

This course will give your team a framework to respond to and perform well in varied and unfamiliar ‘cultural contexts’. Develop the agility to grow, lead and work with diverse teams.

Outcomes

In this series you will:

  • Learn to navigate culturally diverse teams (opinions, age, cultures, lived experiences, communication styles, etc).

  • Understand your own business culture and pinpoint where it does and does not support cultural agility. You will also gain techniques to help you traverse this.

  • Develop the necessary skills of dealing with ambiguous behaviours and finding anchor points.

Description

Due to remote working, the rate of globalization of the modern workforce has increased dramatically over the past year.

That combined with the entrants of Gen Z into the workforce and an increasing trend towards the “gig economy” means that teams are changing rapidly and constantly.

Team members need new tools to learn how to navigate uncertain territory, deal with ambiguity, and be collaborative in diverse environments.

The weekly series format ensures participants have the necessary time and space for practice and discussion with your team and community to solidify their learnings.
