Himanshu described Cornerstone OnDemand as the world's leading learning platform, serving around 7,000 corporations and approximately 100 million learners worldwide. The company's mission is to enable employees to reskill, choose their career paths, and access compliance training in areas like social issues, privacy, and data security throughout their professional journey.

Highlighting the scale of their impact, Himanshu stated that a Cornerstone course is taken every three seconds across the globe, emphasising the company's commitment to responsible leadership.

He also highlighted the potential of AI to rapidly create courses in response to evolving events within organisations, such as training related to company-wide changes.

The interview delved into Cornerstone's commitment to inclusivity and equality, both internally and through its Cornerstone Foundation. He highlighted the importance of being "customer zero," holding the company accountable for the same training and values it promotes to clients. Himanshu also acknowledged the ongoing journey to address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges, including initiatives like eliminating employee referral bonuses to promote diversity in hiring.
