MENTORING READINESS CONSULTATION
What does the consultation include?
Identify
The first stage involves:
Analyzing gaps, high risk areas, and opportunities for improvement across the business' cultural landscape;
Identifying program KPIs which align with your wider business objectives; and
Assessing the feasibility and sustainability of different program types.
Explore
The second stage of this session is about engaging your stakeholders from all relevant areas and levels of the business to assess how you can have the greatest impact with a mentoring initiative. It will also allow you to socialise the idea of a mentoring program with your employees and show a commitment towards real action.
We will look at what initiatives you already have in place and deep dive into the culture of your organization to understand what will work best for your people.
Action
You will receive a bespoke, actionable report at the end of the session which will clearly lay out the business case for mentoring in your organization, using all data collected from the session. It will include your recommended mentoring plan and the launch steps for your initiative.
We've been in the business a long time, and have experience with: Reverse Mentoring programs (BAME, LGBT, Disability), Peer Mentoring, Traditional Mentoring, and cross-regional mentoring.
