Hayley Sudbury
Before founding WERKIN, Hayley built a career in financial services where she saw a need for more mentors and role models for women, LGBT+ individuals, ethnic minorities and other under-represented groups.
A long time mentor herself, Hayley encourages young women to pursue STEM careers and is a regular speaker at global conferences. Hayley’s TEDx talk, ‘How to hack the workplace in 10 minutes’, describes how WERKIN technology helps leaders see past blind spots affecting who they see and how they manage.

Angella Newell
Her entrepreneurial journey began back in 2008 with long-term business partner, Hayley Sudbury. Driven by the premise that when great people come together, great things happen - they founded WERKIN.
Her passions are championing organizational diversity, AI and machine learning and creating inclusive technology for all.
Angella brings human-centric design and customer first innovation to the employee experience.
