Weekly
Delivering our Programme Playbook: sending out emails, surveys, and notifications via our platform

Being a point of contact for programme participants (if they need someone to talk to, guidance on their mentoring relationship, or have a specific EDI question)
You will host a weekly Office Hour per programme
Weekly check-in with Client(s)
Weekly check-ins with the Head of Programs at WERKIN.
Depending on your levels of EDI experience you may also be involved in programme design, data analysis and intervention design and delivery, workshop and other content creation.
Roles can be worked flexibly in 1-4 days a week, or full time.
Change the world. Work from anywhere.
